Two Howell County residents have been arrested on drug charges. 30 year old Tarra Alyse Hackworth and 36 year old Jose Inez Gonzales were both arrested after authorities with the South Central Drug Task Force and the Howell County Sheriff’s Department found a meth pipe loaded with meth laying in chair within reach of two children ages 6 and 4. The two are charged with 2 counts each of possession of a controlled substance, 2 counts each of first degree endangering the welfare of a child involving drugs and one count each of unlawful use of a weapon. Bond for both Hackworth and Gonzales was set at $7,500 each.
