A West Plains woman has been charged with sexual misconduct involving a child. 18 Brooke Lynn Haas faces two felony counts of sexual misconduct involving a child. The alleged incidents involve a 10 year old boy. The boy reportedly told authorities that 2 years earlier, Haas had forced him to kiss her and perform sexual acts.
