A Mountain View Missouri man has been charged with child abuse. 39 year old Ervin Robinson Cockrell is charged with one count of abuse or neglect of a child, and first degree endangering the welfare of a child creating substantial risk. Charges were filed after a child was found to have bruising around his genitals and scratches around his ear.
