A woman from Ava was arrested by the Highway Patrol Saturday in Douglas County. 37 year old Somer Stout was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance into jail, possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, possession of a suspended driver’s license, failure to travel on right half of the roadway, driving while intoxicated-drugs, and operating a vehicle without a valid license second offense. She was taken to Douglas County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
