Baxter County Sheriff’s Department Arrest 2 People On Drug Charges

The Baxter County Sheriff’s Department is reporting the arrest of two people on felony charges after a home visit of a parolee. Officers went to a home on Iris Lane for the home visit, and found drugs and drug paraphernalia. 39 year old Joshua Michael Miller and 30 year old Raye Lynn Sutterfield were both arrested on charges of possession of meth, possession of heroin and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Miller was also charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance with the purpose of delivery, felony furnishing prohibited articles, felony parole violation and an enhanced penalty as a habitual offender. Both were also booked on several charges brought by ASUMH Police in a separate case. Miller is being held without bond. Bond for Sutterfield is set at $5,000. Both will be in court April 11th.
