A Pocahontas man has been arrested on video voyeurism charges. 35 year old Bryan Jessen was arrested after an investigation in which a female reported that she was being harassed by Jessen. Evidence of hidden cameras were discovered in the females home and on her property. Jessen is charged with residential burglary, video voyeurism and harassment. He was taken to the Lawrence County Jail.
