The name of the man who was shot Wednesday in West Plains has been released. 25 year old Cody Rudd was shot in the chest, he was taken to Ozarks Medical Center then transferred to a Springfield Hospital in critical condition. 31 year old Charles Moorehead III has been arrested in connection with the shooting. He is charged with first degree assault with serious physical injury. armed criminal action and unlawful possession of a firearm. His bond was set at $100,000.
