A man from Crosett Arkansas was arrested by the Highway Patrol in Ozark County Monday. 23 year old Austin Williams was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding. He was cited and released.
