A Warrant was issued for a man from Winona on child pornography charges. 37 year old Jared Barkley is charged with 20 counts of possession of child pornography. Barkley was allegedly caught looking through a window at an underage girl and allegedly had 20 videos on his his cell phone of underage girls engaging in sexually explicit conduct. His bond was set at $100,000.
