A Gainesville man was back in court last week, nearly two years after he was convicted of assault and trespassing. 47 year old Mathew Taber was sentenced to 15 years in prison and ordered to pay $10,000 restitution to the victim. The Judge ordered that Tabor serve at least 85 percent of his sentence.
