A man accused of killing his uncle and grandfather has been given a trial date of May 13th in Marion County. 32 year old Donald Steven Beckwith Jr is charged in the shooting deaths of his uncle, 59 year old David White and his grandfather 89 year old William Henry White. Beckwith was in court last week and was given the trial date.Beckwith allegedly will claim it was self defense.
