Two inmates have pleaded guilty in connection with a fire at the Marion County jail. 47 year old Preston Fraser and 33 year old Mitchell Phillips both entered guilty pleas to a misdemeanor charge of obstructing governmental operations. The two were originally charged with felony counts of furnishing prohibited articles.
