A Mountain Home man has been arrested again. 28 year old Zachary Hawthorne was arrested for the fourth time in the last four months. He is charged with felony counts of possession of a controlled substance meth, possession of drug paraphernalia for use of ingestion of meth, and misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and careless driving.
