Mammoth Spring School Superintendant Chip Layne has been hired as the new Superintendant at Norfork School. Layne has spent the last two years at Mammoth Spring and was at Bay School for 15 years before that. Mr Layne’s Wife Ashley was also hired by the Norfork School Board to teach Kindergarden.
