The Highway Patrol Arrested A Man From Ellsinore Sunday

A man from Ellsinore was arrested Sunday afternoon in Carter County on a felony warrant. 68 year old Phillip Catlet was arrested on a Wayne County warrant for felony probation violation. Catlet was taken to Carter County jail.
