A woman from Oklahoma was injured in a one vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon east of Ava. The highway Patrol reports that 25 year old Danica Faul suffered moderate injuries when she failed to negotiate a curve, drove off the road and hit a ditch, overturning the car she was driving. Faul was taken to Cox South in Springfield. The accident happened around 2 Wednesday afternoon on highway 14 about 5 miles east of Ava.
