A Gassville man has been arrested for allegedly taking two vehicles from his ex-girlfriend’s mother. 37 year old Jeffery Shepherd was arrested for felony theft of property and two misdemeanor counts of unlawful use of a vehicle. Shepherd’ bond was set at $5,000
