The Howell County Sheriff’s Department is reporting the arrest of a man from Springfield on local charges. 25 year old Kevin James Crase was arrested for probation violation on a conviction of stealing wire from a transformer and receiving stolen property and West Plains City charges of failure to appear on charges of driving while revoked, leaving the scene of an accident, resisting arrest and failure to provide proof of financial responsibility. He is being held without bail.
