The Mammoth Spring Bears were at Mineral Springs High School Tuesday for the State 1A Track Meet and Lauren Mitchell brought home a State Championship in the 300m hurdles.
Other Bears and lady Bears did well. The 4×100 relay teams for the boys and girls both finished sixth in the state. The Boys team is Cole Young, Brandon Bynum, Jayden Neely and Tate Wilcox. The Girls team is Shelby Vangenhoven, Avery Presley, Terra Godwin and Lauren Mitchell.
Terra Godwin also finished 6th in the state in the 100m hurdles.
