A man from Winona was arrested by the Highway patrol Wednesday night in Shannon County. 37 year old Travis Schoen was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana less than 10 grams, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, failure to signal and no seat belt. Schoen was taken to the Shannon county jail and placed on a 12 hour hold.
