A Texas County man has been honored with an honorary trooper award for his brave acts
in helping troopers rescues two men from the bed of a truck that had been swept away in a flooded creek nearly two months ago. Levi Stallcup who is a road grader operator in Upton. Stallcup sugges5ted using the grader to rescue the two men. Both men were safely rescued. The incident happened on Roubidoux Creek on Upton Road
