A Woman from Pomona will be in court tomorrow on sexual misconduct and statutory rape charges. 23 year old Oakley Dihel is charged with enticement of a child , one count of statutory rape and three counts of sexual misconduct. Dihel allegedly sent explicit messages and photos to a boy and allegedly had sexual intercourse with him multiple times. The first time before he turned 15 years old.
