A Mountain View Missouri man was injured in an accident west of Birch Tree Monday. 43 year old Brian Wilson suffered moderate injuries when he drove off the road and hit a mailbox, then a culvert and overturned the truck he was driving. Wilson was taken to Ozarks Medical Center. He was also charged with driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving involving a accident and no insurance. The accident happened on U.S 60 about two miles west of Birch Tree.
