A woman from Grandin was arrested by the Highway patrol Tuesday afternoon on drug charges. 37 year old Tonya Todd was arrested and charged with felony possession of meth, felony unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to display valid plates. She was taken to the Carter County Jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
