Two West Plains residents have been arrested on several charges including child endangerment after authorities found drugs in an apartment where a five year old was living. 35 year old Jennifer Lynn Lowth and 27 year old Paul Jordan Driskill are both charged with felony first degree child endangerment, and six felony counts of possession of a controlled substance. Both were released on $5,000 bail.
