A woman from Independence County has been arrested on theft charges. 21 year old Maranda Kay Younger is charged with theft by receiving. She allegedly received or retained a stolen debit card. Younger wil also be charged as an habitual offender since she was previously convicted of four or more felony charges. Her bond is set at $10,000.
