A man from Licking has been arrested on assault charges. 25 year old Kory Nelson was arrested for allegedly hitting another man in the face with a metal object, causing serious injuries. The injured man was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital. Nelson is charged with second degree assault and bond was set at $25,000.
