A Stone County Arkansas man has been arrested after authorities found more than 16,000 sexually explicit images of children and infants on his cell phone. 31 year old Michael Blake Osborne was arrested in late March on a felony warrant for failing to register as a sex offender. During the arrest his cell phone was seized and held until they could get a search warrant, then last week an investigator from the Stone County Sheriff’s Department and an Arkansas State Police special investigator executed a search warrant on the phone and found 16,675 sexually explicit images on children under the age of 14 including infants and toddlers. A search warrant was then served at his mother’s home where he was staying and officers seized marijuana, computers, electronic devices, cell phones and more digital evidence. On Friday Osborne was charged with 30 counts of possessing child pornography. His bond was set at $500,000.
