A Kennett Missouri man has been arrested after a high speed chase in Howell County. 42 year old Paul Harrington is charged with second degree assault involving a special victim, 2 counts of resisting arrest and one count of tampering with a motor vehicle. He fled from police and during the pursuit a patrol car crashed.
