The Arkansas Department of Transportation, held a public meeting Thursday in Ash Flat to talk to local residents about the planning study for the Highway 412 corridor that runs from Oklahoma to Tennessee. ARDOT District 10 Engineer Brad Smithee says its important to then to know what the public thinks, that it plays a big part in how they decide to proceed with projects.
