
A man accused of threatening co-workers and police was in court. 34 year old James Mcdaniel Jr was charged with first degree terroristic threatening. He had his probation from an earlier case extended for another 6 years, and was ordered to spend 6 months in jail. He also must undergo a mental evaluation. Last November Mcdaniel allegedly threatened to shoot the manager and everyone else at a Midway Boat manufacturer. plant where he was working, he also allegedly made threats against police. This is not the first time he has been accused of making threats. In 2017 Mcdaniel had been charged with making threats in Baxter and Marion counties.
