The Missouri State highway patrol is reporting the arrest of a man from Bakersfield. 39 year old Brian Mottus was arrested on a felony Ozark County warrant for failure to appear. a misdemeanor Ozark County warrant for failure to appear, Misdemeanor failure to appear on St Francis County charges, driving while suspended and no seatbelt. He was taken to the Howell County jail and is being held without bond.
