A Couple has been arrested in Fulton County for allegedly trying to abduct three children as they got off the school bus. According to the probable cause affidavit 36 year old Jonathan Layne Chastain allegedly pulled behind the bus and then attempted to grab three children as they exited. The report notes that 2 of the 3 children are Chastain’s biological children, but he does not have custody. Chastain’s wife 33 year old Celina Chastain allegedly told te bus driver she had a court order to take the children. The bus driver had radioed for help and law enforcement arrived . The Chastain’s were arrested on charges of felony imprisonment and interference with custody. Bond was set at $10,000
