A Doniphan woman was arrested by the Highway Patrol Wednesday afternoon. 23 year old Lakisha Brooks was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance meth, and felony possession of drug paraphernalia meth. She was taken to the Ripley County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
