A man from Licking has been arrested on child molestation charges. 35 year old Roger Blazier was arrested on Wednesday and allegedly admitted to having sexual contact with an 11 year old victim. Blazier is charged with three counts of child molestation. He is being held in Texas County with bond set at $1 million.
