MAMMOTH SPRING, Ark. — Mammoth Spring State Park has received a Certificate of Excellence and the Hall of Fame award from travel website TripAdvisor.
Now in its ninth year, the Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months. Recipients include restaurants, accommodations and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a quality customer experience.
For the second straight year Mammoth Spring State Park has also been awarded the “Hall of Fame” award, denoting a location or business that has received a Certificate of Excellence for five consecutive years. MSSP has received the Certificate of Excellence every year since 2013.
