A man that was hit and killed by a vehicle in Springfield has been identified as a Houston Missouri man. 33 year old Richard Mann Jr was hit by a vehicle just after 1 am Sunday morning on highway 65 near Battlefield Road. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The name of the person driving the vehicle was not released.
