Charges have been dropped against a man accused of rape and assault in Marion County. 27 year old Eric Franklin Poslick was charged with three felony counts of rape, aggravated assault on a family/household member and false imprisonment. The Victim who was Poslick’s wife allegedly has refused to have any contact with the prosecuting attorney. The judge ordered that Poslick be released. The State still reserves the right to refile the charges within one year.
