A Caulfield man has been charged with stealing a motor vehicle. 28 year old Odie Ray Belt is charged in connection with an incident in May when he allegedly took a Pontiac from a home and did not return it. Belt was already facing 3 counts of stealing a motor vehicle and 3 counts of tampering with a motor vehicle. He now faces another charge after this latest incident.
