A Neelyville man was taken to Butler County jail after his arrest by the Highway Patrol in Ripley County, Saturday night. 22 year old Dakota Miller was arrested on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance heroin and failure to register a motor vehicle. Miller was placed on a 24 hour hold.
