A Willow Springs man was arrested on an outstanding warrant at the scene of a fire Wednesday morning. Firefighters were called to a fire just before 6 Wednesday morning on Ferguson Street in Willow Springs. Then around 6:30, police arrested 58 year old Stanley Bunch on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident and endangering the welfare of a child. According to reports Bunch has had several charges since January in four other incidents. Bunch’s bail was set at $10,000
