A former Cherokee Village Police officer’s trial has reportedly ended in a mistrial. Josh Trivitt was charged with second degree battery in connection with a case from November 2016, when Trivitt allegedly injured another man by throwing him to the ground. No word get as to whether or not Special Prosecutor Jack McQuary will seek a second trial.
