Two Independence County men have been arrested on felonies. 45 year old Richard Wiltrout and 39 year old William Jason Medley were both arrested. Wiltrout was charged with possession of controlled substance meth and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use meth. Medley was charged with probation violation. Both men were charged as habitual offenders.
