A Gamiliel woman has been arrested on suspicion that she exposed her infant daughter to illegal drugs. 27 year old Shannah Cotter was arrested Monday on one felony count of introduction of a controlled substance into the body of another person. The 10 month old child tested positive for meth and THC exposure. Cotter’s bond was set at $25,000
