A woman from Winona was arrested early this morning in Shannon County. The Highway Patrol reports that 29 year old Athena Fox was arrested for felony driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, driving while revoked, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, no signal and no seat belt. She was taken to the Shannon County jail and placed on a 12 hour hold.
