Formal Charges have now been filed against a Mountain Home man accused of shooting a man from Horseshoe Bend on Sunday. 61 year old Jerry Williams is charged with felony counts of first degree conduct constituting attempt of murder and aggravated assault. Williams is being held on $100,000 bond.
