A Park City Kansas man suffered serious injuries in an accident in Carter County Wednesday night. The Highway patrol reports that 51 year old Billy Starks was injured when he drove at Semi off the roadway and overturned. Starks was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Hospital. The accident happened on U.S 60 about a half mile east of Ellsinore.
