A Stone County man faces felony drug charges. 42 year old Kelly Moiser was stopped by police on highway 5. Officers observed several knives and a baseball bat in the front seat. A search of the vehicle found about 6.9 grams of a substance that field tested positive for meth, along with marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Mosier face three felony drug related charges and in addition is charged with an enhanced charge since he has been convicted with more than four felony offenses in Arkansas and Missouri. his bond was set at $100,000.
