Two Willow Springs residents were arrested by the Highway Patrol Tuesday morning. 34 year old Samantha Mansfield and 34 year old Leslie Collins were both arrested on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mansfield was also arrested on a West Plains PD traffic warrant. Mansfield was taken to the West Plains PD and Collins was released.
