The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is actively seeking a suspect in a double shooting that occurred Tuesday morning in Douglas County against 2 juveniles. Two men were wanted for questioning in relation to the shooting, 34 year old Donnie Brown, of Ava, Mo who is currently in custody. 32 year old Cody Franklin, who also goes by Alex or Alexander, also of Ava, Mo, is still at large. Franklin could be in a 2011 Blue Hyundai Sonata or 2002 Dodge Truck with a Tag 2GA416, or a 96 White Honda Accord 4 door with tinted windows Tag-CP6B8N. He is to be considered armed and dangerous.
